Whats one thing you do that never fails you and helps you hustle harder?

I am driven by my clients' response to my work. Seeing the difference that I make when I'm able to assist a business to help it realize it full potential. I also am inspired by the help that I am able to provide to those facing criminal charges. Resolving a criminal case doesn't simply lift the burden of the case, but also allows the client to get their life back on track.

What kind of woman do you strive to be?

I strive to be successful in my business and a mentor to others that are coming up in my industry.

What makes you a hustler?

I think all entrepreneurs are hustlers. Business owners are required to wear many hats and work way beyond "normal" business hours to achieve success within your business. I am a hustler because I've worked very hard to get to where I am today. I put countless hours into acquiring the necessary education and licenses to start my business. My "hustler" spirit is what kept me going and focused on my end goal of starting my own firm.

What would you tell your younger self?

You're capable of doing anything that you dream of.

What is your vision for your business

I would like to grow my firm to a mid-size firm with 10-15 attorneys and a full staff.(Currently, it is just me and two employees.)
